Overview

In the spring of 2023, Gloucester County’s Prosecutor’s office authorized an initiative to foster more diversity in their ranks. They wanted to break down the barriers between police departments and marginalized groups. To help support this initiative, our founder was tasked with the content strategy and development of their digital media platforms.

Content for Diversity

The project started with an analysis of the current political environment and formed strategies that addressed stigmas of police departments. The main solution was conducting interviews with minority officers (women, POC, LGBTQ, etc.) that showcased the culture of departments and shined a light on the questions that everyone wanted to know.

These interviews utilized storytelling to helped put a face behind the multiple municipalities. Overall, the outcomes led to a boost in engagement, reach, and impressions for the GCPD Diversity Recruitment efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
